Le meilleur pour doubler Charlie le coq est de loin Claude Joseph. Roger Carel était super aussi. Par contre pour Maurice Sarfati, malgré que j’aimais bien ce comédien, sa voix ne collait pas bien pour Charlie. Et celle de Patrick Guillemin, un peu trop comique à mon goût. Et d’avis personnel, entre Claude Joseph et Benoît Allemane, je préfère Claude Joseph.

J'ai du regarder le film version 1984 (VHS) une vingtaine de fois. Je n'ai jamais pu regarder celle de 2003 (DVD). Pourquoi ce carnage ? Une question de droits ?

The 4K UHD version which I heard is coming out this August for its 40th anniversary should sell well if the NEW remastered 5.1 mix was based off the original mono mix with the expanded score and the panning of the original SFX. The old 5.1 mix IMO shouldn’t have existed. The added SFX sounded unrealistic. If Jimmy can get his act together and listen to the fans’ request on this, they can no longer complain about it. Seriously, it’s not that hard to do. Just the idea of upgrading for the picture quality alone with its repurposed old 5.1 mix isn’t acceptable and doesn’t represent what it sounded like theatrically. Don’t pull a George Lucas on the audio source because modern SFX isn’t and will never always sound better.
